mini传媒 provides supported living homes to adults from the age of 18 with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.
Supported Living
mini传媒 Group have been providing specialised supported living services since 2004. The services provide an exceptional level of care and support in bespoke properties, nationally.
Adults living in our Supported Living homes have their own tenancy where we support them to live independently through person-centred plans, to reach their goals and to connect with their community. Our aim is to provide individuals with a safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led home that empowers them to lead a meaningful, individualised life.
Our approach
We provide homes for people with learning disabilities and/or ASC, where we tailor our service provision to each individuals鈥� unique needs. This approach has the aim of helping people with complex needs to develop within their home environment and beyond, enabling these individuals to develop daily living and independence skills in a supported environment, and empower them to make choices by being heard and as such have as much control over their lives as they choose.
By providing consistent and reliable support, we ensure that the people in our care are able to take every opportunity to control their everyday lives. Our aim is to provide each individual with a safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led environment that empowers them to lead the life they choose.
Independence
The individuals we support are given opportunities to continue to learn and develop new skills that encourage them to be as independent as possible, nurturing a sense of ownership and belonging in their own home. Each person has a bespoke timetable of activities that is meaningful to them and which is created with their involvement in order to suit their own needs and preferences.
